02. Scratch Removal : Elimination of surface scratches and restoration of original finish
03. Polish Care : Surface care service to restore original luster and texture
VELNOVA provides free warranty service for 2 year from the date of purchase.
Products requiring any of the above three services
within this period are eligible for complimentary repair.
Additional Information
- Warranty is valid for rings that have been traded to third parties.
- Inlay damage is considered natural wear and replacement service is not provided.
- The refund policy for simple change of mind is applied as follows.
※ Returns are accepted only for products with original labels intact.
· 100% refund within 5 days of product arrival
· 50% refund within 6-15 days of product arrival
· 20% refund within 16-25 days of product arrival
- Replacement service is provided for damage or deformation that occurs during shipping.
- Please note that personalized/engraved products cannot be returned. Please consider your purchase carefully before ordering.

You must include the original authenticity certificate issued at purchase
